"I didn't study photography at college or university. I would see photographers on set - creating images that would translate their own outlook and perspective and I always thought.. I can do that.. I want to do that. And so, I did.

Coming from a session hairstyling background, I'm hyper-aware of the intimacy that hovers between two people in that space. It's pretty unique. I like to capture that same feeling within my photography. A connection of sorts. I think to be able to feel that through a two dimensional image is very special. So for me, that's always the aim; to capture the connection. The truth as well as the beauty."
